“EXTRAORDINARY ABILITY VISA”

FIRST:

Evidence of a one time Achievement,(example a major internationally recognized award).

OR

SECOND:

At least three of the following:

1: Receipt of lesser nationally or internationally recognized prizes or awards for excellence in the field of endeavor;

2: Membership in associations in the field, which require outstanding achievements as judged by recognized national or international experts;

3: Published materials about the alien in professional or major trade publications or other major media

4: Participation on panel or individually as a judge of the work of others in the professional fields or an allied field

5: Original scientific, scholarly, artistic, athletic, or business related contributions of major significance in the fields

6: Authorship of scholarly articles in the filed in professional or major trade publications or other major media.

7: Display of alien’s work at artistic exhibition or showcases;

8: Evidence that the aliens has performed in leading or critical role for organizations or establishments that have distinguished reputation;

9: Evidence that the alien has commanded a high salary or other remuneration for services

10: Evidence of commercial successes in the performing arts, as show by box office receipts or record, cassette, compact disk, or video sales



THIRD;

Evidence that the alien is coming to USA to continue work in the area of expertise such evidence may include:

1: Letter from prospected employer

2: Evidence of prearranged commitments such as contract

or

3: Statements from the alien detailing plans on how he or she intends to continue work in the United States



Section 203(b)(1)(A) of the INA defines an alien of extraordinary ability as one who has

extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics which has been

demonstrated by sustained national or international acclaim and whose achievements have been

recognized in the field through extensive documentation. The implementing regulation at 8

C.F.R. §204.5(h), published in 56 Fed. Reg. 60897 (Nov. 29, 1991), further defines extraordinary

ability as a level of expertise indicating that the individual is one of that small percentage who

has risen to the very top of the field of endeavor, as demonstrated by evidence that the alien has

sustained national or international acclaim and that his or her achievements have been

recognized in the field of expertise. The regulation further provides that such evidence shall

consist of either a one-time major, international award or by evidence satisfying at least three of

the ten enumerated types.

وبعدين هل هناك فرص للطلاب للدراسه فى الولايات المتحده

بعد الد التحية
انا أسف للغياب
موضوع الفيزا والإقامة extra ordinary visa هى للناس الغير عادين أو أصحاب المؤهلات العليا ولازم تكون ليهم بحوث علميية منشورة فى المجلات والدوريات العالمية. مثلا فى الملاريا وعلاجها أو انواعها او بحث فى مجال حقوق الانسان او بحث لاجراء بعض التجارب على استخدام بعض الاشجار أو ثمارها لقتل بعض أنواع البكتيريا, أو بحوث فى المجال الزراعى أو البساتين.
طبعا البحوث لازم يعمل تجاربوا ونتائجوا.
اما عن دراسة الطلاب لاتوجد لهم فرص دراسية طبعا زمان انا حاولت لمحمد النو أستخرجت له اوراق قبول من الجامعةو بواسطة نسيبى عندما زهب الى السفا رة الأمريكية رفضوا له ذلك. لذلك موضوع الطلاب العاوزين يمشوا امريكا صار ضرب من الخيال خاصة بعد احداث ضرب مركز التجارة العالمى ب نيو يورك.
ايضا أخى غريق لا توجد فيزا للدراسات العليا بالولايات المتحدة حاليا
المحامى اللذى يقوم بذلك هو سودانى موجود بنيو يورك قال لى اى أوراق غير مستوفية لن يقبلها. طبعا خوفا على سمعته
هذا المحامى قدم ل حوالى العشرين من الناس وتم منحهم إقامة له ولزوجته واولادة. بعد خمسة سنوات يمكنه ان يقدم للجنسية ويصبح أمريكى الجنسية. طبعا هذه الفيزا محكورة للصينين والهنود ومجموعات الأسيوين لكن هذا المحامى تعرف على هذا الموضوع وبدأ العمل فيه بنجاح.
الناس العندهم دكتوراة او ماجستير ولديهم بحوث عليهم تقديم الاوراق . اما موضوع المحامين سوف استفسر عنه و ايضا الدكاترة.
